Yes. Each completed, paid, unrefunded session from a referred customer earns A$5, including future sessions, while participation conditions remain met. Post at least one brand story per month OR have actively booking referred customers. If both go quiet, commission lapses; timing and restart terms will be agreed.
Incomplete sessions earn no commission, including cancellations and no-shows. Refunded sessions also earn no commission. A booking appearing in the dashboard does not mean a commission is payable.
Payments are monthly, calculated at A$5 for each eligible attributed session completed that month. Repeat sessions count separately. Exact payout dates, any minimum, and adjustments for later refunds will be agreed before launch.
No. The proposed dashboard shows referral activity and commission totals, without client names, therapy notes or reasons for seeking support.
